Little Warriors
Little Warriors
Our youngest group — coordination, listening and confidence, taught through games that happen to be martial arts.

Little Warriors is built for younger children who are new to structured sport. The focus is balance, coordination, following instruction and taking turns, wrapped inside drills and games rather than drilled as discipline for its own sake.
Children move up into the standard kids classes when the coach and parent agree they are ready — usually when they can hold focus through a full session.

Frequently asked questions
From age four in Little Warriors MMA on Thursday at 16:15, which is a short, high-energy session focused on coordination, listening, balance and confidence rather than fighting. Juniors classes run from ages 8–12 across kickboxing, MMA and No-Gi BJJ, and teens from 13–17 have their own sessions. Grouping by age matters: children train with others of similar size and stage, which keeps it safe and keeps them engaged. If your child sits on the boundary between two groups, message us and we'll advise which fits better.
