Adult Training
Train after work, several nights a week, in a room where nobody cares how you looked on day one.

Most of our adult members started with no martial arts background at all. They came for fitness, stress relief or curiosity, and stayed because learning a skill is far more compelling than repeating a gym circuit.
Sessions run Monday to Friday evenings plus weekend mornings, so you can train two or three times a week around work. Nothing in the programme requires you to spar or compete — that stays entirely your choice.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
No. We have members in their forties and fifties training regularly and holding their own, and plenty of people start martial arts for the first time well into adulthood. What changes with age isn't your ability to learn — it's recovery, so you train smart, warm up properly and don't try to match a twenty-two-year-old's intensity in live rounds. Nobody in the room cares how old you are, and the technical side of martial arts genuinely rewards patience over athleticism.
